Because your products are one-of-a-kind items created especially for you, we do not accept returns for:

  • Products produced as ordered
  • Free or promotional items
  • Bulk orders

We will accept limited returns for:

  • Items with manufacturer damage or defects
  • Items damaged in shipment

Refunds:

All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
