Returning online purchases:

Your satisfaction is our number one priority and we want to help insure the return process is as easy as possible. You can return any item for any reason if you are not happy with it.

Return period and fees:

All returns must be within 14 days from the date you receive your order. The date we use to calculate the date you receive your order is the date the shipping service provides us when they deliver the package to your door. If you are outside of the return policy, the system will not generate a Return Authorization number and your return will not be accepted.

• If your item has a manufacturer defect or production error, you must generate a Return Authorization number below and indicate on the return form what the manufacturer or production error is. When we receive your item, we will reproduce your order and ship it back to you.
• If you are unsatisfied with your item for any reason besides a manufacturer or production error, you must have a Return Authorization (RA Number) and you will be charged a 25% restocking fee and be responsible for shipping charges back to us.
• All sales are final if Black Friday promo code has been applied to your order.
• Gift certificate purchases are non-refundable.

All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA number). The RA number is generated on this page and must be generated within 14 days of receiving your order. If you do not obtain an RA number within 14 days of receiving your order, no returns will be accepted.

Returning in store:

Avoid shipping charges and receive your refund faster by returning to the store. You must bring in your Return Authorization number with your return. No return will be accepted without the Return Authorization number. Our store location is:

Returning by mail:

Please pack the return items in the original package if possible. Include the Return Authorization number and the return form with the reason for the return. For proof of delivery, please return your items via insured USPS, we are not responsible for items not received. You are responsible for all of the shipping charges. Please send the returns to:
